Moon's VIP page sits behind a login, and their help center documents almost none of it. The complete ranking system does ship inside their production app code, though — so here it is: Bronze at $10,000 lifetime wagered through Diamond V at $500M, plus three hidden ranks — Obsidian, Opal and Plutonium — that top out at $25 billion. Progression is automatic by cumulative wager volume. Nothing here is official marketing: it's decoded from Moon's own client code and help docs (as of August 25, 2026) and can change without notice.

Moon's one hard published number: rakeback pays 3.5% of the fees you pay — the 1% opening fee, the 8-hour holding fees, and the performance fee on winning closes (fee breakdown). Claimable in-app at Account > VIP > Rakeback, once every 24 hours.

How do I get rakeback on Moon.com?
Two documented paths: reach Bronze VIP ($10,000 cumulative wagered) and a VIP Manager enables it via support chat — or register through a partner affiliate link, where Moon says rakeback “would normally be automatically activated.” Both pay the same documented rate: 3.5% of all fees back. Does rakeback increase at higher VIP tiers?
Nothing published says so. 3.5% of fees is the only rate Moon documents anywhere, and their app code carries no per-tier rate table — bonus sizes at higher tiers are discretionary and server-side. Treat any site quoting tiered rakeback percentages for Moon.com with suspicion (most are confusing it with an unrelated casino brand).
Do VIP tiers reset?
The progression metric is “Overall Wagered” — lifetime volume — and no reset, decay or season logic exists anywhere in the app code. Weekly and monthly bonus sizes are based on that week’s or month’s play, but the tier itself appears permanent. Moon has not published an official statement either way.
